airport views
airport proximity helpful receptionist easy access
the proximity to the airport was definitely a plus. i enjoyed the views as planes took off and landed. the hotel's location made it easy to reach nearby places and services. mersiha, a receptionist, was helpful and cute and she resolved any issues i experienced.
the spa felt more like a large swimming pool. it lacked the variety of thermal pools i had hoped for.

mixed feelings about my stay
disinterested staff poor service
The breakfast was alright. There was plenty of choice.
the staff did not seem interested in their jobs, especially at reception and in the restaurant. i wanted to have a couple of beers one evening, but the staff never asked if i wanted another drink after i finished my first one. (it wasn't that busy either).

The thermal pool was relaxing. I enjoyed a good coffee and beer.
The air conditioning did not work well. I had to leave the door open because the room was too hot. It was too warm inside the room.

helpful staff prayer mat great variety
the staff was helpful and friendly. a prayer mat was provided. the breakfast offered a great variety. the room featured lovely views of nearby forests. The big bed was very comfortable. a cot helped our baby sleep well.
i found that the air conditioning system did not function in the room.

the breakfast buffet provided many options and included diverse choices. the staff worked to keep the buffet well-stocked. a la carte menu items, like pizza and pasta, tasted good.

the location proved convenient, with the airport nearby. this shortened travel time to and from the airport. i could reach the airport for around 10 euros.

the hotel offers a large, heated indoor pool . i noticed an outdoor pool was also available. spa facilities seemed a great bonus. there are multiple activities to do, like padel or shopping.

The location near the airport was very convenient, i had an early flight. my room had a balcony. It was spacious and modern. the hotel has great parking and it is a quick walk to vrelo bosne park. i also found the breakfast selection very good with both bosnian and international options.
the elevators experienced temporary malfunctions, a slight inconvenience.

the breakfast offers international and bosnian foods. i noticed that the choices were great, and there were many options available. everything seemed fresh and well-prepared.

comfort bed food selection
I found a big and comfort bed in spacious room. The selection of food for breakfast was large. I think everything at this location is well organized.
The pools was not warm. Showers at sauna didn't work optimal. There was mold forming around some areas.
